Our service members are all professional and
live right in your neighborhood. They will look at your listing and give
you different prices to choose from. For starters you will be issued an
account number which you will use When presenting your items to move on
our Exchange. movers will only see your selection of items to move - your
new account number and only the street name, city or town. Your account
number is necessary for all correspondence and payments. All prices you
agree to are final.
All prices and information are represented by an account number. Your
selection of a price will reveal the movers (bidders) information at which
time correspondence can start. Only the selected moving companies are
those that will communicate with the customer. You can fax us your listing
if you are not wired to the net. You can call if you must move in a hurry.
All payments; We accept credit cards, debit cards and all other types of
payment.
For accuracy customers and movers must be present when making payment.
Customers must have receipt or listing signed by movers.
The best thing about our service is, it gives you the right to select the
prices that fit your pocket book. "Can't you just feel the rewards."
Here are a few Rules to remember:
Rule #1: Other costs consist of packing; walking distance from truck to
home, including the number of floors; distance from elevator to home and
truck; [there is an allowed distance]. The processes of moving articles -
furniture - freight - other items - presented by customers from listing
[plus any additional pieces of which will be subjected to other cost if
they are not part of original listing]. The moving of such items from one
home [building] to delivery to another home [building] including multiple
stops and pick-up of other items for delivery; the moving of furniture
(items) inside home; the assembly or disassembly or both. A flight is a
group of steps that lead to a landing [this first flight and anything over
is subject to extra cost].
Rule #2 Tips for a safe and secure moving experience - safety first -
check if you have all the items to move listed.
Rule #3 Please empty drawers and box or bag items from furniture and file
cabinets.
Rule #4 Check and clear walkways for your safety and movers safety.
Rule #5 Have items for moving cleared and ready to go!
Rule #6 When making payment - customers and movers must be present to
execute payment arrangement.
Rule #7 There is a surcharge of 50% in addition total moving cost for job
not reported to Exchange.
Rule #8 Please make sure driveway is able to hold weight of truck (empty
and full).
Rule #9 Please make drive area safe for truck to park near home.
Rule #10 Movers are required to have insurance to be a member.
Rule #11 We are a matching and placement marketing service. We do not
provide insurance for damages!
Rule #12 Consumer have a right to choose next mover: Failure of mover
(member) to report for job on time will prompt the consumer to choose the
next mover (member) in line based on price preference. There will be three
(3-10) mover (member) selected by consumer in order of prices. This is
formulated to eliminate tardiness!! If mover (member) cannot report for
any reason please contact the exchange within ample time before scheduled
move (job).
Rule #13 Cash or Check - Must be authorized by Exchange before acceptance. |
